#365films - 21/365 Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (1986)
A pretty entertaining film. Some of it are cliches, but that’s all right and could be looked over fairly easily. Alan Ruck’s character is amazing. This movie seems to be more about him than Ferris, but it’s actually better that way. It’s great to see a character be so vocal about changing himself. All the characters have rather nice chemistry because Sloane/Cameron would be mind blowing but then they’d cut to a scene with Sloane and Ferris and that’d be great as well. I like movies that break the fourth wall, so it’s good this one is interesting.
